Zonta Club of Madison is part of a global organization of executives and professionals working together to empower women worldwide through advocacy and service. Through service and advocacy projects, fundraising, networking with community partners, and monthly meetings (September – May), we work to provide women with opportunities to excel within their own communities. Zonta Club of Madison is located in Area 2, District 6, of Zonta International. The Madison Club was chartered in 1940 and most members reside in Dane County. There are over 1,100 Zonta clubs in 62 countries with approximately 27,000 members. This One Page Handout describes Zonta.
